Official Rules and Regulations:
- Eligibility: This contest is open to all SFR property managers attending the 35th Annual NARPM® Convention & Trade Show who book and complete a "VIP 1:1" with Second Nature before 11:59 pm EDT on October 18, 2023 and current Second Nature customers who participate in a video testimonial before 11:59 pm EDT on October 18, 2023.
- Entry: To enter, simply fill out the form on the right to schedule and attend a "VIP 1:1" with Second Nature. Your entry is automatic upon completion of the meeting. The winner must also be in attendance at the NARPM® 2023 Convention & Trade Show on October 16-19, 2023 in Atlanta, GA. Completing a video testimonial also counts as your official entry into this contest.
- Prize: One lucky winner will receive a cash prize of $10,200. The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries.
- Contest Period: The contest begins on September 15, 2023 and ends on October 19, 2023.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the "VIP 1:1" booking.
- Prize Acceptance: The winner must accept the prize within 7 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be chosen.
- Taxes: The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize.
- General Terms: By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and the decisions of Second Nature, which are final and binding. Second Nature reserves the right to modify, terminate, or suspend the contest at any time.
